Butterfly Pea Whipped Cream






Heavy Cream     200ml
Granulated Sugar    15g
Butterfly Pea Powder 1g





1. Add 15 g of granulated sugar to 200 ml of Heavy cream.
2, Whip it.
3. Add 1 g of butterfly pea powder.
4, mix well.
6, Ideal for dessert decoration etc.
